MEET THE KITCHEN TEAM
Head chef Richard Nair has been with us since 2017, before we took over the restaurant. With a desire to produce the best fine dining menus in the county and on the hunt for 3 rosettes, Ricky is producing some of the best food we’ve ever tasted.
Having learned his trade with Ricky almost 10 years ago in the highlands of Scotland, James has teamed up with Ricky once again as his trusty right hand man and senior sous chef. Having worked in some of Manchesters most popular restaurants, James brings an element of trend to our kitchen.
Luke joined our Chef brigade at the start of the year and completes the trio. Luke has an eye for style and may well be responsible for some of our social media content - ‘Social media Schnellmann’.
Emeline is our newest recruit. Having perfected her trade in some of London’s most renowned bakeries, Emeline is now leading our patisserie and confectionary side of the kitchen.
