“I am in love with produce available at this time of year and it is a pleasure to write menu’s with such amazing ingredients and I hope that our customers can appreciate the quality of my food.

From Red deer to grouse to blackcurrants and ceps that I forage myself - I am really proud of the menu’s at the moment and hopefully we can achieve 2 AA rosettes with the recommendation for 3 in the coming months”.

As always it is a surprise menu crafted by head chef Richard Nair so we've got to keep it a secret but let's just say... we're taking fish and chips to a whole new level of delicious!
